Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and then spray with non-fat cooking spray.
Break romanesco down into florets and spread them out evenly on the baking sheet.
Lightly mist the romanesco with an olive oil mister, and then sprinkle with salt.
Roast for about 20 minutes, or until romanesco is tender.
