Instructions
Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange rind, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
In a large bowl, toss the beef strips and onions with 1 tsp olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Heat the remaining tsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and onions, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in sauce mixture; cook 2-4 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring frequently. Serve beef mixture over rice.
