8ozuncooked egg noodles (I used Light nā Fluffy)
15oztomato sauce - 1 can
4clovesgarlic - minced
1tspchili powder
1tspdried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with nonfat cooking spray.
Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
Set a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the ground beef, peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until meat is browned and is no longer pink inside.
Add in corn, peas, tomato sauce, parsley, and chili powder. Mix well and then transfer the meat mixture and the noodles to the prepared baking dish.
Place in oven, uncovered, and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until casserole is heated through.
