Lemon and Butter Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans - trimmed and washed
- 1 tbsp light butter
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- ½ tsp salt
- Lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
- Steam green beans until tender, but still crisp, about 5-8 minutes.
- Place green beans a medium sized bowl, and while they are still hot add in butter. Toss until the butter has melted.
- Add in lemon juice and salt. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
